MADAI LABS provides genomic research tools including Y-DNA and mtDNA haplogroup analysis, population genetics modeling, ancient DNA mapping, and admixture analysis. The Platform is intended for educational and research purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to: attempting unauthorized access, distributing malware, or using the service for discriminatory purposes based on genetic information.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, and analyses provided by MADAI LABS are the intellectual property of MADAI LABS. Data sourced from public databases (e.g., AADR, Harvard Dataverse) remains subject to their respective licenses.

6. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Genetic analyses are for research and educational purposes only and should not be used for medical decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

MADAI LABS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
